ORDER & DELIVERY
HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
Estimated shipping time is 2–6 business days within the EU. Sweden is shipped via PostNord, all other EU countries via UPS. Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods or if unexpected delays occur with local postal handover.
CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL AN ORDER?
We aim to honour all change or cancellation requests but cannot guarantee this. If you contact us before the products are shipped there is a higher chance of successfully making changes. Please contact us at
support@urbanista.com as soon as possible.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Check that the email address used to place your order is correct — this is the most common cause. Also check your spam folder, as order confirmations can occasionally be filtered. If your payment was successful and funds were deducted, contact us at
support@urbanista.com and we'll verify your order.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Orders placed aim to ship within the next business day (during high-volume periods dispatch may take longer). If you haven't received your order within 6 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at
support@urbanista.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
DO YOU OFFER WORLDWIDE SHIPPING?
Urbanista currently ships within the EU only. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, the US, or other non-EU countries at this time. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
RETURNS POLICY
HOW DO I RETURN MY URBANISTA ORDER?
We offer a 30-day return policy for orders placed on urbanista.com. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original sealed packaging with all tags attached. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@urbanista.com before sending anything back. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: items purchased from authorised retailers (including Amazon) must be returned to the retailer where they were purchased and cannot be returned to Urbanista directly.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Most major payment methods are available, and options may vary by market. Available methods are shown at checkout and include credit card (Mastercard, Visa), Klarna, Swish, and PayPal.
WAS MY PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL?
For security reasons, payment processing includes several verification stages. The amount will be withdrawn from your account once the order and payment are approved. If no payment is received after you submit your order, Urbanista may automatically cancel it.
IN WHICH CURRENCY ARE THE PAYMENTS MADE?
All prices include 25% VAT or local applicable VAT for EU countries. Prices do not include possible duties or taxes, which may be added or deducted at checkout. Urbanista is not responsible for exchange rates applied by your bank or card provider. No additional charges apply beyond those shown in your basket at checkout.
IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SAFE?
Your payment details are handled by Adyen and Klarna, market-leading secure payment providers that uphold strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be accessed by any third party, including Urbanista.
