Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original sealed packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Items purchased from authorized retailers, including Amazon, must be returned to the retailer where they were purchased and cannot be returned to Urbanista directly.
How to start a return
Contact us at support@urbanista.com before sending anything back. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages, defects, and wrong items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@urbanista.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. For defective items purchased directly from urbanista.com, Urbanista offers a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects — you do not need to return the defective product. Our team will guide you through the process.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, request a return for the original order once accepted, then place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account. If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, contact us at support@urbanista.com and we'll investigate.
