How to make a warranty claim
To start a warranty claim, please have the following ready:
- A short description of the defect or malfunction
- Photos of the issue
- Proof of purchase showing the retailer name, purchase date, and Urbanista product
- Your name, address, email address, and phone number
If you purchased from urbanista.com, contact our support team at support@urbanista.com, and they will guide you through the next steps.
If you purchased from Amazon or another authorised retailer, please contact the retailer directly to initiate your claim. If the retailer is unable to assist, contact us at support@urbanista.com, and we will review your case.
If you purchased from an unlisted reseller, please contact them directly for assistance.
What is covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use within the applicable warranty period. A valid proof of purchase showing the original purchase date is required for all claims.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by dropping, impact, or physical misuse
- Damage caused by moisture, liquids, or chemical exposure
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair
- Cosmetic changes and wear and tear from normal use, including gradual deterioration of ear pad materials
- Loss or theft
- Damage caused by fire or force majeure
