Welcome to the Urbanista AB ("Urbanista," "we" or "us") website, urbanista.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out below, along with any other terms and conditions that may appear on the Site from time to time (collectively, the "Conditions"). We reserve the right to revise these Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted here and your continued use of the Site shall constitute your agreement to any modified Conditions. If you do not agree to these Conditions, please do not use the Site.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. In order to purchase from Urbanista you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid payment method. Urbanista retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the payment method used, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Out contract
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email is an acknowledgment only and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods you ordered have been dispatched. Only those goods listed in the dispatch confirmation email will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing and availability
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on this Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
Prices quoted on this Site are final prices. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt within the EU. Urbanista is not responsible for any currency exchange rates applied by your bank or card provider.
Stock levels are subject to availability. Should any item become out of stock after your order is placed, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item.
Delivery
Urbanista currently ships within the EU only. Sweden is shipped via PostNord; all other EU countries are shipped via UPS. Standard delivery is 2–6 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your order within 6 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@urbanista.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Orders will be packed and shipped within the next business day (during high-volume periods dispatch may take slightly longer). We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays.
Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for orders placed on urbanista.com. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original sealed packaging with all tags attached. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@urbanista.com before sending anything back. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Note that original shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes are not refundable.
Items purchased from authorised retailers including Amazon cannot be returned to Urbanista directly — please contact the retailer where you made your purchase.

Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Swish, PayPal and other local payment options where available. Payment options are displayed at checkout. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to ensure sufficient funds are available. Goods will not be dispatched until this check is completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Discount codes
Discount codes may from time to time be offered to customers. Codes may only be applied to purchases made through the relevant account or channel for which the code was issued. Only one discount code can be applied per order. The conditions of use for any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid until the date shown on the voucher. We cannot accept responsibility for stolen, lost, or deleted gift vouchers. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery email address when purchasing a gift voucher — we cannot be held responsible if a voucher is used by someone other than your intended recipient as a result of an incorrect email address. Refunds for gift vouchers will be made to the original payment method.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, all materials on this Site including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written content (collectively, the "Contents") are the copyright, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property of Urbanista. The Contents and the Site as a whole are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy Contents for your personal, non-commercial use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes the collection and use of personal data on the Site and in connection with your use of our products and services.
Customer support
Customer support is provided via support@urbanista.com and our live chat at urbanista.com. Initial responses may be handled by automated support systems. Where a matter requires human review, it will be escalated to a member of our support team.
Site transactions
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order for any reason and without liability. In the event we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of ordering. If your payment method has already been charged for a cancelled order, Urbanista will issue a full refund.
Product information
Product descriptions, specifications and images on this Site are provided for information purposes. We have made every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate. Urbanista reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.
User-generated content
General
By posting, distributing, sending or displaying any comment, message, data, text, photos, graphics, or other content (the "User Generated Content") to the Site, you (A) grant Urbanista a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, fully paid and sublicenseable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, and publicly display and perform such User Generated Content; (B) grant Urbanista the right to use the name you submit in connection with such User Generated Content; and (C) represent and warrant that you own or have the lawful right to post the User Generated Content, that it is accurate and not misleading, and that its use does not violate these Conditions or any third-party rights.
User Generated Content submitted by users is deemed non-confidential. Urbanista reserves the right to delete, edit, modify, reject, or refuse to post any User Generated Content at its sole discretion and without notice.
Interactive Areas
The Site may contain forums, blogs, bulletin boards or other interactive areas. You are solely responsible for your use of such areas. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable; that promotes illegal activity; that infringes any intellectual property rights; that contains personally identifiable information of any person without their consent; or that contains viruses or other harmful files.
Urbanista takes no responsibility for User Generated Content posted by users and reserves the right to remove any content without notice.
Comments and Submissions
Feedback, suggestions, reviews, ideas and questions submitted to the Site ("Comments") will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Urbanista shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, publish, perform, sell, adapt and create derivative works from such Comments. You agree that no Comments submitted by you will violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material.
Copyright complaints
If you believe in good faith that materials on this Site infringe your copyright, please contact us with the following information:
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed,
- A clear identification of the material you claim is infringing, including a link to its location on the Site,
- Your contact details including email address and telephone number,
- The statement: "I have a good faith belief that the material claimed as copyright infringement is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law," and,
- The statement: "I confirm that the information in this notification is accurate and I am the copyright owner, or am authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Urbanista, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Site.
Choice of law
These Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising under these Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
For consumers in the EU, disputes may also be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. Urbanista is not responsible for the content of any linked site and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Urbanista. Any concerns regarding linked sites should be directed to the relevant third party.
Termination
These Conditions are effective unless terminated by either you or Urbanista. Urbanista may terminate these Conditions at any time and deny access to the Site if you fail to comply with any provision of these Conditions. The provisions relating to Intellectual Property, Indemnification, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability and Choice of Law shall survive any termination.
Disclaimer
This Site and the materials and products on it are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Urbanista disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or Swedish law.
LImitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Urbanista shall not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, or the conduct of other users of the Site. Nothing in these Conditions limits or excludes Urbanista's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Miscellaneous
These Conditions constitute the full understanding with respect to your use of and access to the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to such use. If any provision of these Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of Urbanista to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. This Site is controlled and operated by Urbanista AB from its offices in Stockholm, Sweden.
